SAI Corporation provides proposal services tailored to the unique requirements of individual clients.  Services can include proposal managers, proposal writers, technical writers, and other proposal consultants for outsourcing government proposals and commercial bids. We also provide GSA Schedule management including preparation and negotiation services for GSA Schedule proposals and modifications. We support proposals responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for government contracts from Federal, State, and local governments. 


We support "paperless" electronic proposals and offer oral proposal management and coaching as well as providing traditional proposal management and proposal writing services. SAI provides proposal management for all business development opportunities, with particular emphasis on high-technology proposals for US and Foreign governments.

Small businesses, including small disadvantaged businesses (SDB/8(a)), veteran-owned small businesses (VOSB) and women-owned small businesses (WOSB), often have no internal proposal management expertise and need more extensive support.
